Fall 2026 Enrollment Process

• Learn more about our programs 
• Select and complete the online enrollment form: 

• Healthcare Career Programs (CNA, Phlebotomy, EKG)
• HVAC 

• Provide a copy of your high school transcripts or GED equivalent (see below)
• Review the tuition information:
  • Healthcare Career Programs (CNA, Phlebotomy, EKG)
  • HVAC 
• Complete the online tuition agreement form:
  • Healthcare Career Programs (CNA, Phlebotomy, EKG) 
  • HVAC 
• Submit your $20 registration fee (see below) 
• After the enrollment steps are completed, you will receive official confirmation of your acceptance into the program from the Adult Education Director. 

High School Transcripts/GED Equivalent

Please arrange for your high school transcript to be forwarded to the school office or give evidence of graduation from high school or GED by presenting a diploma/certificate. You can have your documents emailed if that is convenient -- james.hilton@jeffjvs.org *When you complete the online enrollment application, you will have the option to upload evidence of your diploma/GED (or equivalency).
